This is a great recipe if you are cleaning out your freezer and have random game bird meat to use up.
I made a very nice rice and chick pea pilaf with sunflowers seeds with this and the whole meal was wonderful.
The meat is firm and lean and has a very natural clean almost nutty flavor.
When I made this one, my family said, “it’s a keeper.”
