Coming Soon: Bolderton Elite Sportsman’s Chair

For the most part, ground blind hunters must deal with this harsh reality: Currently there are many great blinds from which to choose, but relatively few “hunt-worthy” blind chairs. Some better news? That’s all about to change thanks to Bolderton’s new Elite Sportsman’s Chair.

As an avid ground blind user, your choice of blind chair may be even more critical to your success than your blind—especially while bow and turkey hunting. At issue are those precious last moments before you trigger your bow release or discharge that load of 6 shot from your old reliable autoloader—and here is where the Bolderton Elite Sportsman’s Chair excels.

Tasting success at ground level often requires some critical last-second maneuvering to track sometimes-moving targets, turkeys being one of the biggest offenders. Sure you can place your decoys just so in front of you expecting a shot right there—yet have an approaching tom charge in and offer up a shot several agonizing yards to the left or right. Game over? Hardly. The Elite Sportsman’s Chair gives you the freedom to track that moving tom with complete silence thanks to its heavy-duty design and pivot legs with adjustable bases. But what’s even better is the large padded seat with backrest. It’s plenty comfortable and offers excellent back support, which is crucial when you’re spending all day in the woods.

Three neat features you might not appreciate on paper:

  • Pockets and storage galore. If you’re the type of hunter who likes to carry an extra box of shells and every call you own…this is your hunting chair.

  • The folding design that, while not the slimmest, it nevertheless allows this chair to be easily carried with the padded backpack-style straps.
  • Unlike several other “premium-type” blind chairs, this chair comes fully assembled, ready to rock.

The Bolderton Elite Sportsman’s Hunting Chair comes in two different sizes and will be available soon at Sportsman’s Guide. Although it’s designed specifically for turkey hunting, it’s more than versatile enough to be used for ice fishing, camping, and other types of hunting. Although it’s great for turkey hunting, it’s versatile design makes it perfect for ice fishing, camping, and other types of hunting. Check out the full specs below.

Please provide a little more information of the material its made of and pricing information as I have a brother who loves turkey hunting and his birthday is in May and our Turkey season starts in April. If I like what I see I will get one of these units for him and give it to him for a early birthday present. I f you’re a experienced Turkey hunter you know the birds hearing is unreal so noise must be kept at a minimum which is why I ask the material the chair is made of

    Thank you very much!
