Try this tasty kabob recipe out. You won’t be sorry!
You MUST trim your meat well if you are serving in sandwiches.
If you don’t have elk chops, you could use venison, beef or pork.
Serve with warm flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream. You could add cold Mexican beer.
The idea is to make some good use of your cured/and or processed game meats. The sauce is up to you!
Thinly sliced hindquarter muscles will work as long as you don’t cook them past medium-rare.
If you don’t have boar chops handy, substitute lamb, venison or pork chops.
