This is a great slow cooker soup for warming up after a cold day!

Whenever I roast a whole turkey, I hack off the legs and make a pot of soup.

You also can use grouse for this recipe.

Because the fillets are cut into small pieces, the fish cooks quickly and you don’t want to over cook it.
