Bayou Classic 32-quart Turkey Fryer Kit

Enjoy outdoor cooking and excellent meals with the Bayou Classic 32-quart Turkey Fryer Kit. The setup features the famed Bayou Classic steel Single Burner Patio Stove that will accommodate just about any size stockpot. The cooking area is 16 inches by 16 inches, which is big enough to cook anything from a 120-quart pot of chili to a small pan of beans. Plus you get a premium stainless steel Pot Kit, with all the extras.

The kit starts with a heavy-duty steel frame that’s 13 inches tall. Its flame is adjustable via a needle valve on the regulator for a wide range of flame control. UL-listed 10 psi regulator/valve assembly allows it to pump out heat up to a maximum 55,000 BTUs through a 3-foot high-pressure hose.

Up top, the 32-quart stockpot is premium stainless steel. Its patented tall, narrow design requires less cooking oil (or water) than a standard pot, so it saves both time and money. Inside, a perforated, raised poultry rack allows the oil to circulate evenly when frying, preventing the bottom from sticking or scorching. A bonus perforated steam/boil basket allows you to cook all kinds of goodies, from corn to crawfish.

The setup includes lots of add-on goodies, such as a three-piece Skewer Set, which allows you to fry three chickens in about 20 minutes. Other features include a vented lid to help maintain heat just right, and a grab hook provides a way to safely insert and remove poultry from hot oil. The 12-inch stainless Deep Fry Thermometer is perfect for maintaining a constant temperature of cooking oil. There’s also a 1-ounce trial-size injector, so you can get into flavoring poultry and more with your own spice injections.

The whole kit weighs a manageable 33 pounds.
