Vortex Hurricane 8 x 28mm Binoculars

With the compact Vortex Hurricane 8 x 28mm binoculars you get big, bright glass encased in a solid-handling 14-ounce package. They’re not big, but these binoculars can handle the toughest weather Mother Nature can dish out because Vortex has armed this compact setup with everything needed to withstand the sleet and snow of high country adventures or dusty storms of the open plains.

The fully multi-coated, phase-corrected optics of the Vortex Hurricane provide high contrast and color fidelity to the viewing scene of these optics. Bottom line: expect a bright, brilliant view.

The phase correction element of these specs delivers high contrast and sharp scenes in any light. There’s also a wide-viewing field, which makes it easier to follow wildlife on the move. Expect a field of view of 360 feet at 1,000 yards, plus the fully multi-coated optics efficiently transmit light to make every view brighter.

Fully waterproof and fogproof, these binoculars offer a long 19mm of eye relief that opens up the field of view for rewarding views, especially when wearing eyeglasses. They’ll focus to as close as 13 feet.

The binoculars come with a rainguard, tethered objective lens covers, comfort neck strap, plus a deluxe padded carry case.

Diamond-patterned grip areas assure you of solid handling when challenged by cold, wet weather. They measure 5 inches high by 4-1/2 inches wide, and weigh 14 ounces.
