Newsworthy items from around the world, for the Sportsman like you!
National Park Week 2017 is winding down, but it is not too late to celebrate. Shake-off the winter blues, hang with friends and family, or simply reconnect with nature. And select National Parks across America will be FREE on April 22nd and 23rd!
Since 1916, the NPS has been taking care of Parks across the country. This includes traditional “parks” like Yellowstone, the beaches of Virgin Islands National Park, buildings like Ford’s Theatre, and even Alcatraz. Over the weekend of April 22nd and 23rd, many are having events…some to coincide with Earth Day, some for health initiatives, and as a service to you, some will be free.
