We love a good rescue video here at Guide Outdoors, and today’s might be the best yet.

These guys found a bear wandering around with a plastic jug on its head, and decided to help.

The chased the bear around for a few minutes, sometimes getting close enough to yank at the jug, but to no avail. It was really stuck. And the bear was spooked.

So they had to get bold.

After chasing the bear into the woods, one of them tackled the bear and pinned it to the ground.

Another one grabbed the hacksaw and got to work.

After twisting and pulling and prying and flopping around in the mud for what seemed like an eternity, they finally got the jug loose, and the bear went on its way.

Good work guys. Go shower off and have a beer on us.
