Baked Stiped Bass

1 large Striped bass Filet
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 cup Flavored Croutons (ie: Caesar, Parmesan, Garlic)

1) Rinse filet and pat dry
2) Lightly season both sides with salt & pepper
3) place filet in a baking pan
4) dot filet with butter
5) crush croutons in a plastic bag until crumbs are formed
6) sprinkle croutons on top of filet
7) drizzle olive oil over filet
8) Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork
