Colorful Fish Pizza


  • 1  8 oz. tube refrigerated Crescent Rolls or 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1  8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1-½ cups fresh Spinach (coarsely chopped) (divided)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1-½ tsp fresh dill (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel (divided)
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1-½ cups fish cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp cocktail sauce
  • Red peppers (diced) for garnish
  • Black olives
  • Pepper to taste


Unroll dough and place on pizza pan. Flatten and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool. In bowl add cocktail sauce blend with cream cheese stir in spinach, fish, green onions, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pepper to taste. Spread on cooled crust top with olives, spinach and lemon peel. Cut into pieces and serve. Cook time 10 minutes.
