Creamy Wild Boar Casserole


  • 1 12 oz bag of egg noodles
  • 1 small bunch of broccoli cut up
  • 3-1/2 cups wild boar ham smoked fully cooked
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper


Cook egg noodles in salted water for 5 minutes and then add broccoli, ham and onions. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until noodles are done. Then drain and return to kettle and add the remaining ingredients and cook until it is heated thoroughly.
