- ½ onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp caper juice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/3 cup green olives (sliced)
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper (sliced and seeded)
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 limes
- 4 pike fillets (cut in bite size pieces)
Place butter, onions, garlic, capers, tomatoes, green olives, jalapeno, oregano, pepper, and juice from limes into pan and sauté. Push aside and add fish in same pan and cook until it flakes. Serve vegetables with fish over it.
