1 head of Napa lettuce in bite size
8 oz fresh mushrooms pieces (sliced)
1 can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
2 cups cooked grouse in bite size pieces
1 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup soy sauce
In large bowl place lettuce, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and grouse. Add dressing top with noodles.
