1 lb Venison steak Cut in to strips
½ cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1-½ cups green and red peppers cut in to cubes
3 stalks celery (sliced thin)
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 medium onion cut into cubes
In skillet, add oil, heat and then add soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Next, add meat into the mixture, heat on high until brown. Then turn the heat down and let simmer until tender. Add peppers, celery, and onions and toss until tender crisp. Mix cornstarch with water, and add to skillet and stir until thickened — finally, add the tomatoes.
