Root Beer Wild Roast

Root Beer Glazed Wild Hog


  • 1 Smoked Wild Hog Ham
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 12 oz can root beer
  • Salt and Pepper


While ham is in oven warming, make the glaze. In a medium sauce pan whisk together mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Gradually add root beer. Simmer until slightly thickened approx. 15 – 20 minutes. Brush on ham and cook until thoroughly heated. Prep time 15 minutes, cook time 30 minutes.
