Venison Taco Soup No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 – 1-1/2-pounds venison
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 28 oz tomatoes with juice
  • 1 16 oz  can kidney beans with juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 16 oz can whole corn with juice
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • Shredded Mexican cheese
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cilantro Garnish

Directions

Brown meat and onions, and drain if needed. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer. Place in soup bowls and top with shredded cheese.
