Story: I had been hunting a large10-pointer up and down the length of a swamp that runs through our club all year. I had friends hunting with me and I got turned around after placing them in their stands and I sat on the wrong end of the swamp for the wind. I decided to just stay after realizing this 30 feet off the ground in a climber and I was mad! The mosquitoes attacked me all afternoon. Thirty minutes before dusk, this big boy came creeping in behind a doe that was feeding in the woods in front of me. He was in the brush for my first shot and I was so excited that I shot him again as he fell out into a clearing! This was the biggest deer taken within several miles in the last few years and I fully claim him as a blessing from God!
