Amazing View of Zion National Park

This picture of me was taken on our hike back down from Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park. The 5.4 round trip hike is listed as a strenuous hike with almost 1,500 feet in elevation change in the first 2.7 miles! It was was over 90 degrees and humid. The sky was clear and there was no escaping the sun. I had hiked 8 miles in water through The Narrows the day before. I didn’t think I was going to make it, but I pushed myself and I am so happy I did. This was a once in a life time experience and the view was breathtaking. I can’t wait to go back and explore more!
