Passing on the Tradition

My 3-year-old son makes it a thrill to hunt. After I redeployed home from war, I worried about my boys not wanting anything to do with me after being gone from home. Well, as you can see, my 3-year-old lives to hunt … lol he was helping me skin a buck with his toy knife. My great granpa took me hunting and taught me the woods, now I am learning my boys the way my granpa did me. From calling turkeys to hunting deer, my boys are learning old-time Cherokee Indian ways my great grandpa and his gradpa before him did.
