Silver Fork Creek, Crystal Basin, California

I stumbled upon Silver Fork Creek creek last year, Labor Day 2014, which happened to be my birthday. I went up by myself, stayed four days, and fished, hiked and explored from dawn’s early light until well into the night. All the literature I’ve been able to get my hands on says that all the biggest fish are super light sensitive and usually feed in late PM, early AM, so I was ‘doing some fishing in the dark nitty gritty’. LOL
