White Heron

I walked up to a pond and saw this white heron standing near the water. I went around the pond to get closer to it, being careful to keep trees between us so it wouldn’t see me. About 50 yards from it, I hid behind a huge cypress tree and began crawling on my belly to within about 10 yards of it. I snuck around the side of a tree and snapped this photo with my Nikon D3200 with a 70-300 lens.
